It allows your child to freeze vital food items like ICE CREAM or fruits for Smoothies.forget the other fridges, the little corner freezers which are part of the fridge often ice up and even when working properly they do not hold anything worth freezing other than a couple tiny frozen dinners. My daughter loves the fridge and she even has space to freeze food for a few of her closest friends.
The ice-cream factor is enough reason to pick this model.
